Each application will be evaluated by exactly one officer, and each officer will evaluate at least one application, subject to the following constraints:

Grant's application must be evaluated by Ullman.

Farrell's application must be evaluated by the same officer who evaluates Lopez's application.

Neither Hong's application nor Madsen's application can be evaluated by the same officer who evaluates Inman's application.

The officer who evaluates Kent's application cannot evaluate any other applications.
