The Army has an obligation to the nation to serve honorably and to do "what is right" when its adversaries may not. This obligation sets the Army apart from its enemies who do not have a moral code and ignore international law. It essential the Army develops Soldiers who are Professionals of Character willing to always conduct themselves with moral and ethical standards.
