The article "Understanding Leadership" by W.C.H. Prentice takes on how effective leaders revenue their subjective interests in enduring development of their employees and encourage them to implement various tactics plus social skills to attain their best, whether that be in relations with people, drawbacks in perception, limitations of the Golden Rule, trouble of a subordinate, goals in development, or it be in low-pressure leadership (Prentice, 2024). The goal of leadership is the way how an individual assists, collaborates and seeks a way out of his/her mundane to achieve particular ends under a multiplicity of circumstances. There can be some complications or misconceptions about what makes up a successful leader or a simple technique towards the effectiveness of leadership but the basic irony behind "the leader" is often associated with our thinking of a military commandant, who is the purest example using simple reward and punishment solicitations as motivation devices (Prentice, 2024).
