The articles that I've selected deal specifically with racial bias in analytics and/or facial recognition. Here are three short articles to read:

None of us want to see AI driven analytics classification tasks leading to racial biases in processes like arrests or medical treatments. What I would like you all to think about is whether analytics companies should continue creating AI-driven algorithms in areas as critical as law enforcement or health care. Remember, all three of these articles are discussing algorithms that were designed explicitly to REMOVE racial biases that can exist in human decision-making.
