Summarize the case in your own word, referenced, and share your thoughts on your discovery, and/or share a personal example.

Q2. When a company, especially a small one like NECC, gets into trouble, plaintiffs lawyers start looking for other defendants. Who is vulnerable to a lawsuit? On the flip side, who could sue in this situation? Other than patients injured by the tainted injections, who could be a plaintiff? Reference.

Q3. How do you think the government should respond? What kind of plan and what actions should be taken to protect public health. Does it appear that any of the behaviour in this story may have been criminal? Is any of NECC's conduct so bad that you think it would justify sending someone to jail? If you think prison is justified, would it be fair to send managers to jail after they are successfully sued by injured patients? Reference.
