The Australian Consumer Law section 271 gives consumers direct right of action for damages against manufacturers of goods in certain circumstances.

Could you please tell me for which Consumer Guarantee (like section 55) exactly is breached, then consumer can bring action against manufacturers?

Please only answer this question if you really know the answer.

I believe there's a document on the web of ACCC or government is about this, but I cannot find it anymore.
