The basic situation: You are the management team of a consultancy firm. You have just formed a group of your best talents for project work which consists of 3.people: Charlie, Alan, and Jake. You have hired them recently. All of them are really talented. Charlie is a well-known professional who has a hedonistic personality and he tends to be a bit selfish. You are a bit afraid of this attitude but you hope that everything will be alright. The task of the project team to plan and implement a marketing campaign for one of your most important clients. The back office part of your firm supports the work of the team. E.g.: administration, collecting data, accounting, ... The project has started. The client likes the team, especially Charlie is their favorite. He is a showman. As managers, you have to check 3 indicators: satisfaction rate of the client degree of project team cohesion level of energy of the back office team You need to decide at which level of the indicators you intervene and make any kind of measures. All of the indicators are 100% at the beginning. Everybody is happy and motivated
