The Board is considering expanding into another area of renewable energy, photovoltaic panels. Details of the technology and market are in the attached document. I am concerned about the best way to get into this market, and how to pay for it. Hottayr could develop its own business organically, from the bottom-up, or it could buy one the many small firms that are in the industry already. The industry is dominated by firms from Eastland, where a lot of the chemicals needed come from. We could buy one of the smaller Eastland firms. Independent of the option we choose, we need to raise at least N$1bn of finance for the investment. Please give me a report covering the following matter: Required 1.
