This paper is aimed at highlighting areas where your communication skills improved (you recognized behaviors or habits) and those areas that you considered changing or developing more of. Reflect of previous writings (short discussion posts, homework etc). Over the past several weeks you have been given an opportunity to discover your own interpersonal communication style. In this paper I would like you to consider for example: elaborate on those areas you discovered you do well or that you discovered you were better at than you thought and those skills which need improvement. Consider discussing how the topics in this course helped you with improving your communication with others, in addition specific areas you will work on to improve your existing relationship(s)
