Operating expenses are estimated to be as follows: Sales salaries $28,400 per month Advertising 6% of monthly sales 2% of monthly sales Delivery expense Sales commissions 5% of monthly sales $6,020 per month Rent expense $830 per month Depreciation $660 per month Utilities $590 per month Insurance 5. Interest expense is $2,000 per month. Income taxes are estimated to be 30% of income before income taxes
