The bulk of the Hillson and Simon text addresses the ATOM methodology through the lens of a medium-sized project. In the two chapters offered in the module, the authors explore the application of the ATOM methodology for small projects and large projects. The primary task for this analysis assignment is to compare and contrast the similarities and differences between the two distinct approaches as determined by the size of the project.

Part 1

Hillson and Simon identify eight (8) distinct components which apply to both small and large projects and the application of the ATOM methodology:

Using the Excel template provided in this module (See Module 11 Analysis Assignment Template), identify the elements in each of the eight domains applicable only to small projects, applicable only to large projects, and those elements applicable to both large and small projects.

The template provides a two entries as examples underneath theInitiationdomain. Replicate your additional entries in this manner. You may insert additional rows in the template, as necessary for each domain. Your Excel file is one of two files you will upload for this assignment.
