THE BUSINESS ENVIROMENT

For this assignment, you are going to look at the importance of ethics in today's organizations. You will choose an organization from Malaysia that you are familiar with that has been in the news for unethical practices. This can be a company where you are aware of that has been accused of being unethical. In regard to that company you will elaborate on the following:

1.0 . Introduction

Provide an overview of the organization, explain the industry in which the organization operates, provide a brief history of the organization, and discuss the product(s) or Service(s) this organization sells.

2.0. Find any articles regarding this company's unethical business practices, describe who was involved, what, if anything, what are the company's response to these accusations. Make sure to also analyze the validity and reliability of each article.

2.1. Based on the research regarding business ethics and ethical theories, evaluate whether it is important for this organization to resolve this ethical issue. What are the consequences of not resolving the issue? Is this an issue that has to be resolved?

3.0. Conclusion

Summarize the issues and relate with what you have learned concerning the ethical and Moral practices.
