The manager was told that it might take extra 3 days (i.e., a job time of 18 days instead of 15) to move into the office (Job G) because more equipment need to be relocated. It is possible that the installation of the furnishings (Job D) cannot start until 3/17/2023 due to the installation team's busy schedule in March. It is also possible that the phones cannot be arranged (Job E) until 3/20/2023 given the cable/wiring issues recently found for repair. If with all these delays and issues for jobs D, E and G, what is the earliest date the project can be finished on? Besides the answer, you must show your calculation and analysis.

Option 2 is using another team for Job C which offers a better consistency in the job time, with the optimistic, mostlikely and pessimistic job times of 6, 7 and 14 days, respectively.
