The case I am working on is the murder of a 14-year-old girl by the name of Ashley Smith whose body was found in the woods behind 9170 Old Annapolis Road, behind the Pizza Hut restaurant parking lot by two truck drivers. The responses to the questions asked needs to refer to that specific case only.

QUESTIONS:

1. Discuss two ways in which this type of crime has or will change the face of investigations in the United States.
2. Identify and discuss two technological tools that could be used to investigate the crime and why these tools would be an asset in helping to put together, and take the case to court.
3. Discuss two challenges that you believe would be faced in the course of the investigation for this type of crime, and offer two suggestions how the challenges may be minimized or overcome.
