The case of Lieback v. Mcdonalds if I was put in the jury to have some sort of voice to the case my decision would be with Mrs.Lieback to win her case because after review of the case Mcdonalds knowing that they are a established business in the world they are suppose to know what is acceptable when serving customers.

• McDonald's operations manual required the franchisee to hold its coffee at 180 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Coffee at that temp if spilled it does cause third degree burns.
• McDonald's admitted it had known the risk of serious burns from its scalding hot coffee for more than 10 years. The risk had repeatedly been brought to its attention through numerous other claims and suits
