The company is organised into two divisions - consumer and industrial and has 234 employees across its existing 4 branchess. The consumer division sells mainly through retail outlets, whereas the industrial division markets directly to companies that buy laptop bags and sample cases for use by their executives. You have just been appointed as the operations manager for the new branch opening in the central part of London and asked to visit a new potential sales strategy with a view to selling new lines of products, such as the waterproof laptop bags. The potential customers are young adults and college students studying in the Londery area. As a new manager, you found the new medium, social media, as an engineer for meeting the target but the budget is currently low for this as the company has allocated more budget in recruiting staff for the new branch opening in London, Midlands with subsidiaries in Manchester, Leeds, and Bristol. The company employs a sales force of 15 in each of these new openings.
