The category that gets the most managerial attention at our organization are the OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) inventory. It's the highest dollar value inventory that we hold and has the most movement. We ship million dollars worth of OCTG on a weekly basis to ensure that all projects can fulfill their requirements and meet the construction dates. If delays do occur with the inventory, then the operations need to be delayed which can cost our client a lot of dollars. We have visibility on the inventory sitting at our pipe yard and we ensure that we have enough safety stock in case of issues or emergencies
