But he does not know what would be the new hires duties and responsibilities, how to recruit and select these scientists and what he should set up to evaluate their performance and he has asked you to prepare a report/proposal in your own words (do not copy & paste) that answers the following in in two sections:

Section one:

1) What the name of the system/process you need to use to collect the information about the duties & responsibilities of these scientists? (2 mark)

2) Please create a sample job specifications with 4 requirements for the scientist position. (this respond to this question may need some research out side of the text) (4 marks)

3) What method/s would you recommend to gather this data about the duties and responsibilities and why? (You can choose more than one method but need to consider cost, time and other barriers) (4 marks)
