What should you do?

A- You shall report promptly to the Ethics and Independence Partner and/or

Lead Audit Engagement Partner about the conversations or intent to enter

into employment negotiations

B- You can discuss about the possible employment and maintain

confidentiality about this negotiation since the position is not a financial

reporting oversight role at the client

C- You shall discuss promptly with the CFO about all details of the position

before any report to the Ethics and Independence Partner and/or Lead

Audit Engagement Partner so not to delay the audit work

D- You can keep it confidential and shall report to the Ethics and

Independence Partner and/or Lead Audit Engagement Partner only on your

last day of work at KPMG
