The city of Basin Columbia Pacifica has a large, lovely park in its center. It is a place where people can go to find grass, trees, flowers and quiet. In addition to the greenery, there are playgrounds and picnic areas for all to enjoy. The city council wishes to preserve the feeling of nature, undisturbed by city noise, traffic, pollution and crowding in the park. In order to make sure the park stays as it is, the city council passed a law, called an ordinance which reads in its entirety, "Vehicles are forbidden in Basin Columbia Pacifica park." At all entrances to the park, the sign, "NO VEHICLES IN THE PARK," is posted as notice to all that no vehicles are allowed in the park. For this Law, a vehicle is defined as something or object on wheels that carries people or things Question 1 : from the vehicle definition above, identify whether each one of these items would fit the description of a vehicle ( options : vehicle or not vehicle ) 1.
