The City of Lethbridge needs a database for their new Citizens-on-Patrol (COP) program. The COP program will be responsible for patrolling different regions of the city. A region has a unique number, a population, an area size and a boundary description. Each region will have several time blocks scheduled for patrolling. Each time block has a date, start time and end time. Note that each region has several time blocks a day, and that several region may be patrolled at the same time. COP will utilize the services of several people. Each person has a unique ID, name, address, phone# and date of birth. People are classified into police officers and citizens. A police officer will be paid an honourarium for their time on this program, which is tracked, and oversees activities for several time blocks. A citizen has a number of hours volunteered, and a crew leader designation (i.e. yeso). Each citizen is placed in one squad. A squad has a unique identifier, and signs up for one or more time blocks, not necessarily in the same region.
