The City provides eligible employees with the opportunity to save the City funds by taking Voluntary Time-Off With Partial Pay (VTN). The employee may request the use of VTN for up to ninety (90) regularly scheduled workdays in a calendar year. VTN must be taken in increments of full or half work days.
