The clients are the instructors, students, and other qualified staff at St Louis Community College, and you are building an application to assist instructors with taking and tracking students' attendance information. The student's attendance taking and tracking application must satisfy the following basic requirements (but not limited to). o At least three instructors should be included in the application. At least three courses for each instructor. At least ten students for each course. o Generate an access code for each class of each course. o Instructors will provide an access code to students at the beginning of a class. o Students need to log in to the application when the class starts, then use the provided access code to register for the class to record attendance during the first 5 minutes time window. o A report center should be created for generating all kinds of attendance reports based on the needs of instructors, students, and other qualified staff. Suppose your team is responsible for building the application, and instructors and students will use it to take and track student attendance.

This memo assignment must be completed by each student. But for students who are on the same team, the readable table that contains the User Stories that your team has chosen for the semester should be the same for all the team members. If you choose to include a different table from the rest of your team, please add one more paragraph that explains why you disagree with the team. It is a memo on your teams Memo Template that does the following: 1. Introduces the topic of your Semester project, and thank the Project Sponsors. 2. Has a paragraph that explains what happened during the Project Scope Blitz. 3. Includes a readable table that lists the User Stories that your team chose for the User Stories that your team intends to complete this semester. 4. Describes how long you think each of the chosen User Stories will take your team, in terms of both hours and number of people. 5. Describes why those particular User Stories were chosen. 6. Has a concluding paragraph that summarizes all of the above. This is a technical memo designed for a non-technical audience. So if you are using acronyms make sure to explain what they mean. Technical terms should also be explained.
