Your clinician would like you to document the following: 1. Increase your steps to 7000-10,000 per day include a 3-km walk 2. Use your standing desk for two (2) 20 minute periods each day 3. Improve team moral with one team-based activity 4. Ask your team to find one activity per week to improve the moral of residents
