The College of Engineering would like to initiate a project that helps with document management. IE students have volunteered to work on the project. The objective of the project is to store information about received and sent documents.

You need to submit a report that includes the following:

1. ERD.
2. User interface Design.
3. Database Design.
4. Create statements.
5. Alter statements to apply the Relationships.
6. INSERT SQLs for each User Interface Screen.
