The communication of the Strategy should:

 A. Be clear to lower hierarchical levels within the company so there is no room for misinterpretation.

B. It should not be communicated so the competitor does not become aware of it. 

C. Avoid key elements of the Strategy from becoming known to the competition. 

D. Make bottom-up feedback  available so Management confirms that the lower hierarchical levels within the company understand, accept and will execute the strategy.
