The communication plan to employees for supporting the company change initiative would be verbal and written communication. If possible, an HR representative would travel to each location to ensure all the locations received the information at one time to limit misinformation from being passed from location to location. If face-to-face communication is not feasible, having a virtual meeting for all employees would be the best way to communicate the change verbally. Once the verbal communication was completed all employees would receive a follow-up written communication. As each step in the change initiative approaches the employees will receive virtual verbal communication and written communication. The employees will have contact information to email or call with any questions and those questions will be answered by the employee asking and the company as a whole
