. The company could be either international or local. If it is an international company, it should not be operating in Uzbekistan; if it is a local company - is should not be operating internationally.

Depending on your choice, your report should:

1. Provide an overview of the company, its history, recent changes in the business environment. Introduction and discussion of its main product*.
2. Visually represent the current Supply Chain Network and discuss the key Supply Chain Partnerships.
3. Discuss what should be changed/adjusted in the Supply Chain in order to operate effectively on Uzbek/International market, including:
4. Visual representation of the supply chain network
5. Suggest a strategy of Supply chain decisions with regard to location, inventory, production, transportation (logistics)
6. Discuss the role of 3PL, carriers and logistics partnerships
7. Discuss the difference between push- and pull-based supply chain models providing argumentation on the choice made for your operations.

Note: If the company you choose has the presence in Uzbekistan - you need to discuss the changes required for them to operate in the country they do not have the presence in yet.
