The company currently has 3 identical HP LaserJet P2035n Printers and 1 HP LaserJet 4350 printer. Configure pooling on the identical printers to enable them to load balance. Due the high price for the toner required by the HP LaserJet 4350 printer, printing to this printer will need to be regulated. Until proper print server software is acquired, this printer will have to be made available during normal working hours only to avoid abuse after hours. Only the ICT, Research and Development and Sales departments should have access to this printer.

Please help me to guide me through or perhaps send me a screen recording video whilst accomplishing this task on a Windows 2012 r2 server to eckhartethan9 at the google mail.
