The Company had a sudden increase in market demand of product A recently. Worker A in the operation line of product A could not cope with the sudden customer order increase. Hence. the boss requested worker B (originally in operation line of product B only) to deal with the work in both products A and B at the same time but no overtime would be required. Worker B agreedvoluntarily as he was friendly with worker A. Afer one week, worker B became quite tired afterfulfilling his obligation in both product lines as it was very demanding to deal with both products lines at the same time. although he did not need to work extra time. To further motivate worker B.the boss told him that an extra reward equal to 5 times of his monthly salary would be given tohim if he worked for one more week on both product lines.
