In continuation to the In-class Activity 10 wherein you have mentioned the host country and the three ethical dilemmas that you would be facing in that country, and having proposed the solutions for each dilemma:

1. Make a detailed flow diagram for the steps you will take to plan, prepare yourself and your family, and move to the host country, adjust there, appoint and set up a team, and provide leadership to the team to achieve the company's corporate objectives. Show all the steps involved. Explain the reasons and justifications taken for each step. 2. What are the cultural differences and barriers between your home country and the host country? 3. What leadership traits and competencies should you possess to be a successful leader in the host country given the cultural differences, the ethical dilemmas and the differences in the business, political and social environment there. Write about three pages, excluding the cover page. Marks are also dependent on the application of the concepts, models and practices studied in the course. No late submissions or resubmissions please.
