The company that I have chosen is Wako, LLC. they are a local business and I have access to their employees. What I would like to do the research of the over would be something like this; the company has a set amount of money that it can spend on benefits, currently the company uses all money to provide a nice major medical plan the dilemma would be if the company choose a less expensive (for the company) major medical plan but other company benefits that would be funded by the company such as dental and vision.
