Such qualities include the ability to engender interpersonal professional relationships with the colleagues up and down the rank file. The candidate must also be proactive in fostering and harnessing team spirit in solving emerging challenges in the course of the work (Bratton, 2020). Further, the candidate must have high emotional intelligence, entailing the ability to withstand pressure situations, and sustain the concentration at work. In addition, the candidate must be an effective communicator with the ability to be timeous, appropriate, and pragmatic in solving emerging challenges. The HR office should furnish the office of the Vice President with the revised job announcement that espouses these changes within two days.
In conclusion, leadership is a critical pillar and the management team at this important facility must be effective and modern.
