The concepts that were the most interesting were recruitment and selection process because of the amount of work that goes into selecting candidates for roles sounds like it would be a simple and direct procedure, but it is so much more than that. Cascio and Aquinis (2019) have mentioned specifics such as how reference checking should be evaluated and that's by consistency, relevancy, written and based on public records. The ways that applying methods in class could help improve organizations are by skill development and team building. Skill development because employees can acquire new skill sets and knowledge with training programs that can enhance their abilities and team building because it helps bring a stronger team that can maintain companies stay strong and productive. The most valuable part of this class was the information and insight I was able to learn that goes into organizations that I can apply in the future
