The Trooper then demanded that Tommy open the trunck and allow him to go through his luggage ands another other containers. He then searched under the from seat of the car.

In total, the Trooper found seven items of Mailow "contraban." Tommy faced up to seven years in jail and possible seizure of his vehicle under the state's in ren statute.
