Thus, they ask your professional opinion on the best location for the business. There are three (3) potential location available to choose; Fukushima in Japan; Bhopal in India; and Texas in the USA. Evaluate the best location for building the Methanol Plant based on the Vulnerability Analysis of each potential location. The assumptions as follows: i. the design of the plant is based on local standard only ii. the natural disaster, safety culture and leadership in HSE are varies between each country. (15 Marks)
