The Constitution, 1996, is often described as transformative in its goal of replacing a race-based, sexist and authoritarian constitutional dispensation with one where the principles of non-racialism, non-sexism and the justification of power prevail.

What are your thoughts that the aims of a'transformative constitutionalism'are being achieved in South Africa? I am not sure if i agree or not.

Please can i see your explanation and why, so im not being one sided.
