The Context: Our lifestyle and what we eat/consume plays a big part of our health. Currently in Australia, diet related diseases are increasing in prevalence, due to our reliance on convenience foods and lower than required fruit and vegetable intakes. The cost of diet related diseases to our community is significant and it is important that we promote the importance of looking after ourselves. It will be your task to help with health promotion by providing information and support on a diet related disease. The most common diet related diseases are: Obesity Osteoporosis Type II Diabetes Heart Disease Hypertension Cholesterol Some forms of Cancer

• Helpful recipes - include 3 recipes that support prevention and outline why they assist in prevention (these should be of easy to medium difficulty and be able to be made within 1 hour)
