For the implementation of her vision e.g. "modern teaching, pioneering research and "empowering people to shape the future" Rhine-Waal university discusses to use an Academic Scorecard which is the academic adaptation of the traditional Balanced Scorecard. b) Please adapt one dimension (of your choice) of the traditional Balanced Scorecard to the situation of an academic institution as e.g. Hochschule Rhein-Waal. Please explain the process steps from "objective" to "activities for the adapted dimension of your choice.
