"The convening was conducted to ensure smooth flow of the CBMS operations and deemed necessary to establish a CBMS core team in each municipal local government unit. The MCCB shall be responsible for overseeing the CBMS operations in the locality, ensuring logistics and other requirements are in place before and during the operation, and resolving issues and concerns encountered in the conduct of CBMS.
