The corporate governance model consists of rules and an appropriate control system to create value in a company. However, there are three different types of models around the world. They are the AngloAmerican model, German Model, and Japanese Model. Botswana's corporate governance model is based on the South African corporate governance model called King IV: Code of Corporate Governance.
