a) In a day with 0 wind what is the maximum distance X that hoist can travel under a load of 10 tons, if the maximum or minimum principal stress should not exceed 235MPa?

b) If a wind force of Fh=1kN acting on the lifted load orthogonal to crane arm how long would the maximum distance X be? (Neglect the wind load on the arm and the pier of the crane)
