The critical assignment this week is for you to complete Major Assignment 2. You will prepare a 3-4 page document which will indicate that you have conducted extensive research on the various leadership theories. You will demonstrate as well the ability to define those theories as you analyze and reflect upon your personal leadership style. Again, the actual structure of the paper is up to you, but be sure to write creatively and utilize personal anecdotes to explain your leadership.
