The current digital revolution promotes the increased use of digital technologies and their associated embedment within a firm's operations and activities. After conducting the first 2 stages of the 'Strategic Management Process (SMP)' a large Construction firm has chosen to implement a Digital strategy over an 18month period, starting in February 2022. On this basis, you are required to devise an implementation plan which meets this strategic objective and also incorporates the primary implementation mechanisms.
