To provide this offer on phone the customer Service agent should be able to log in and search the client via ' contact the client'. The customer service agent should be able to search the client using any of the following criteria - Bank Account No, Last Name, Social Security Number and Mobile Phone No. Upon successful search, the customer service agent will be able to see the details related to full name, street address, annual income, current balance in the savings account, banker name and mobile phone number of the client. The customer service agent should be able to select the client from the available search.
