"A pilot for Danville, David Reiger, has just been given a genetic test (without his consent) and found to have tested positive for Huntington's disease. Management is concerned that his having this gene, even though he does not yet have the disease, may put passengers and crew at risk. Previous research shows that in a very small percentage of cases the initial onset of the disease may inhibit his ability to fly.
