The data is from Pembina Bolts. This company make bolts and have collected a random sample on their U$-$Bolts and measured the diameter. They are trying to understand the variation in the data, inspired by Dr$.$ Deming's philosophy.

Apply at least one from the seven quality control tools and your knowledge of statistics to analyze weather or not the variation is random $($i$.$e$.,$ normal$)$ by nature.
