The data one has decided to work with for this course is from the General Social Survey (GSS) website. The study focuses on understanding how nurse manager effectiveness and supervisor support impact nurse burnout in the Northeast region of the United States of America. By examining these relationships, "nurse managers effectiveness and supervisors support" the study aims to highlight the crucial role leadership and support play in nursing staff well-being (Fletcher & French, 2021; Lake et al.,2019).Identifying a significant link between these variables could pave the way for targeted strategies that improve nurse working conditions, reduce burnout, and enhance patient care (Schlack et al., 2921).
