The data provided purveys a pretty good representation of the company, it could be further analyzed to determine which divers ity groups could be recruited from such as female cyber analysts in the C Plains region, or positions that more Asian American workers could be recruited to, to bring up that one area that was below the national average. In looking at the current data, it could be viewed as good from comparing to national statistics, or bad from looking at drilled down infor mation. Comparing this data to available national statistics could help formulate a plan to recruit more personnel for these segments and further increase the diversity of this working g roup. Salaries need to be audited to insure than salaries are being paid fairly across the board, so as not to lose experienced, longer term/vested employees from leaving, should they fin d out the wage difference. However, it could be likely be caused by the negotiating of the employee upon hiring for these gaps in pay, so this data may not be sufficient to explain wh y there are such wage gaps
