The dataset staffsurvey2way.jasp contains 4 variables for employees at a company interested in employee satisfaction. The first variable (TotalSatisfaction) records each employee's score on a job satisfaction survey (potential score range of 0-50 with 0 "Not satisfied at all" up to 50 "Very satisfied"; This visual analogue scale (VAS) is assumed to be an equal distance between the scale numbers which the distances between 0 and 1, 1 and 2, 2 and 3.... 49 and 50 are the same). The second variable (EmployStatus) denotes whether the employee is a permanent employee (coded as a 1) or a casual employee (coded as a 2).
